STRATEGY & INFLUENCE
Demonstrate your expertise in HSE and Sustainability in one of the O&G industry leaders, and inspire resources throughout the organization. This company is recognized on the market by its strong culture and solid values, and is going through a major moment of growth in Brazil, with business in drilling, production and integrated offshore services.
Your responsibilities will be to influence people across the various lines of business, and to be a strategic supporter whenever the respective business leaders and their respective HSE teams require assistance or guidance. You will work to define strategies, policies and to assess cultural adherence in future businesses and contracts, and will be a key representative in the committees with relevant sector associations, such as IBP and ABESPetro. Your support might also be requested in other Latin American countries, and you should have full availability for frequent business travels, inside or outside Brazil. You will be challenged to define new targets and to instigate the teams to continuously strengthen the social responsibility actions across the group.
We are looking for a senior professional, with at least 15 years of experience in the management of HSE and Sustainability initiatives in the O&G market, preferably in operators or drilling/production services providers. You must have at least 5 years of proven background in a corporate HSE role, as a senior manager or a director, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in an environment of delegation.
